It’s time to register for the new season. We look forward to an exciting season!  We should be able to take online payments soon. We need a copy of every swimmers birth certificate the first week of swimming (only new swimmers). It’s an Indiana Swimming regulation. If we don’t have one on file we will need a copy. If we do not receive a copy within the first week we can not allow the swimmer to swim until we do.


Do former swimmers need to come into registration? 
No, you could do most of the registration on line. We would love to see everyone but it you just follow the steps below it will help us figure out who is returning.

Didn’t receive a password yet
If you haven’t received an e-mail password to our new system please e-mail me at president@highlandhurricanes.net. I need your swimmer’s name in the e-mail.

Got the password and can’t find it
No problem the new website could e-mail you your password.

I’m logged in what’s next?

  1. Click on my My Account.

  2. Update and or verify all the information on the Account tab
    Note: every form page will have Google forms banner at the top. Please scroll down below this to complete the forms and use the Radio buttons.

  3. Billing information --please include a cell phone number. If the pool closes due to weather or other issue we need to contact parents ASAP. Some families have bills sent to Grandparents or other parties that are financially responsible.

  4. Guardian (Parent or Parents)

  5. Insurance/Emergency Contact. --Please list someone other than the people listed in the Guardian tab. ALWAYS CLICK ON SAVE CHANGES

Why is my information so wrong/out-dated in the system? We’ve had various people type the information into the Team Manager program over the years. As you know my late night typing skills are not the greatest…

Scroll down to “Members Under this Account” – i.e. your swimmer(s)

  1. Click on the swimmer name. If you have multiple swimmer but they are not appearing please e-mail me president@highlandhurricanes.net.

  2. Click on you swimmers name.

  3. Fill in all fields except the following:

    1. Racing Start Certified Date

    2. Warm-Up Jacket Size

    3. Warm-Up Pant Size

  1. Billing Group – If you can’t remember what group let me know.

  2. Sub-billing Group (See Fees for specific details)

  3. You could pay by check, cash or credit/debit

    1. Times are hard for a lot of families if we need to work out another arrangement please let us know.
